Ingredients
- 20ml peach schnapps
- 10ml Irish cream liqueur
- A few drops of grenadine
Method
- Base: Pour the peach schnapps into a shot glass.
- Float: Slowly drip the Irish cream on top using a bar spoon; it will sink and curdle into a gruesome shape.
- Finish: Add a few drops of grenadine for the 'blood'.
Tips for the Perfect Brain Haemorrhage
- The curdling is meant to happen: the acid in the schnapps reacts with the cream.
- Serve in clear shot glasses so everyone can see it.
