Elderflower Spritz Mocktail

This Elderflower Spritz Mocktail mixes elderflower cordial, fresh lime, mint and sparkling water. Light, floral and perfect for summer.

Ingredients

• 25ml elderflower cordial
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 150ml sparkling water or alcohol-free sparkling wine
• A few mint leaves
• Cucumber ribbon (optional)
• Ice

Method

1. Prepare: Clap the mint leaves and add them to a large wine glass with the cordial and lime.
2. Add ice: Fill the glass with ice.
3. Top: Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
