Ingredients

  • 50ml gin
  • 150ml chilled bitter lemon
  • Lemon wheel
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill: Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Build: Add the gin and top with bitter lemon.
  3. Garnish: Stir gently and add a lemon wheel.

  • Bitter lemon is a lemon-flavoured tonic, with quinine giving its bite.
  • A citrus-forward gin suits it best.
  • Also great with vodka.
