Ingredients

  • 25ml lime cordial
  • 200ml soda water
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge

Method

  1. Fill: Fill a pint or highball glass with ice.
  2. Build: Pour in the lime cordial and top with soda.
  3. Finish: Stir and add a lime wedge.

Tips for the Perfect Lime & Soda

  • Adjust the cordial to taste.
  • Lemonade instead of soda gives you a 'lime and lemonade'.
  • Add a fresh lime squeeze for extra zing.

Good to Know

Many UK pubs serve a lime and soda from the post-mix gun for very little, and some publicans offer them free to designated drivers.
