This Passion Fruit Martini Mocktail captures the flavour of the UK's favourite cocktail without alcohol: passion fruit, vanilla, lime and a fizzy side.

Ingredients

  • 50ml passion fruit purée (or the pulp of 2 passion fruit)
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml vanilla syrup
  • 60ml alcohol-free sparkling wine or sparkling water, on the side
  • Half a passion fruit, to garnish
  • Ice

Method

  1. Shake: Shake the purée, pineapple, lime and vanilla syrup with ice.
  2. Strain: Double strain into a chilled coupe and float half a passion fruit on top.
  3. Serve: Serve the alcohol-free fizz in a shot glass alongside.

Tips for the Perfect Passion Fruit Martini Mocktail

  • Double strain to remove passion fruit seeds.
  • Pineapple juice gives a lovely frothy top.
  • Great for baby showers and hen parties.
