Vodka Tonic

The Vodka Tonic is a clean, crisp highball of vodka, tonic water and lime. Lighter in flavour than a G&T, it lets the bitter tonic shine.

Ingredients

• 50ml vodka
• 150ml chilled tonic water
• Lime wedge
• Ice

Method

1. Fill: Fill a highball or copa glass with ice.
2. Build: Add the vodka and squeeze in the lime wedge.
3. Top: Top with cold tonic and stir gently.

• A good tonic makes all the difference, as it is most of the drink.
• Use a light tonic for fewer calories.
